- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your preferred date and time for your workshop. The actual date and time will be based on my existing work schedule, but I'll coordinate with you to find a time that works for both of us. If you purchased the "Front Row" or "All Access" package, let me know if you have a particular event you'd like to cover together.
- Your ideal location. For convenience, most people prefer that I come to their apartment, house, hotel, etc. If that's not an option, we can meet at my home office or other neutral site.
- Your website or other representation of your work so I can get an idea of your skill level. Let me know if there's something in particular you want to work on (camera basics, lighting, sports, etc.).
- Any other information that you think will help me plan the best possible experience for you!
